2. Return and Refund Policy

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt (new and used items accepted).

  • Return shipping fees are at your expense.

  • Items not eligible: Gift cards, products that are visibly damaged or excessively used.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days after receiving and approving the return.

  • Express Delivery USA: $USD 10.99 (3-7 business days)

  • Express Delivery Canada: $CAD 16.00 (3-7 business days)
